Prices in Korea vary by salon, designer and hair length, so there is no single figure. At WENEED Haeundae a women’s cut is ₩25,000, a standard perm starts from ₩75,000 and women’s full-head color starts from ₩85,000, which gives a concrete reference point.

Why there is no single price
Korean salons usually price by the service, and then adjust by the designer, the length and the condition of your hair. Two guests asking for the same “color” can pay different prices if one has long, thick hair and the other has short hair, or if one needs bleach first.
Some salons also set prices by the designer’s level. At WENEED Haeundae there are nine designers, and three of them (Jin, Bitna and Saemi) have their own published price sheet. This is why the menu shows “from” for some items. “From” means the lowest price on the menu.

What pushes a price up
- Length. Longer hair takes more product and time.
- Thickness and condition. Thick, damaged or previously treated hair can change the plan and the cost.
- Starting color. Dark hair that you want to take much lighter may need more than one bleach step.
- Add-ons. A down perm on a cut, a bangs trim or a treatment each add a line to the bill. For instance, a back-only down perm adds ₩10,000 and a full-head down perm adds ₩40,000 on the WENEED menu.
- The designer. Some items differ by designer.
What is usually not in the price
Be clear on what a price covers. A cut price may not include a shampoo, and a color price may not include a treatment afterward. At WENEED, “women’s cut” (₩25,000) and “women’s shampoo + cut” (₩38,000) are separate menu lines, so read the line you are choosing.
Services that are offered but have no price on our menu, such as balayage, highlights or head spa, are quoted by the designer after checking length, condition and goal. We do not give a number for them on this site.
How to avoid surprises
- Choose the menu line that matches your goal.
- Ask the designer for the total, including add-ons, before the service starts.
- Tell the designer about past bleach, color or perms. They affect the plan.
- If you are on a budget, ask what to do first and what can wait.

Plan the cost of upkeep too
The first visit is not the only cost. Color needs root touch-ups as hair grows. A perm needs gentle care at home, and a treatment may be repeated.
