How to choose a color service
- Full-head color: changes the shade all over, for women or men.
- Root touch-up: covers new growth when the rest of your color still looks right.
- Bleach: lifts natural color so a lighter or brighter shade can follow. Dark hair often needs more than one round.
- Demi color: a gentler type of color that is usually semi-lasting.
- L’Oréal color: a menu item on Jin’s sheet that uses that product line.
Show a photo of the shade you want. The designer tells you whether it needs bleach first.

Effects without a printed price
Balayage, highlights, ombre and fashion shades are not listed with a price on the menu. The designer quotes them after checking your length, starting color and goal. No estimate is shown here, so you are not misled.
Preparing for color
Tell the designer about every color, bleach, perm or straightening you have had, and the dates. Black dye and henna can resist lightening. Come with your hair as you normally wear it, and avoid a harsh wash right before the visit. For color-treated hair, ask about a treatment to follow.

Lightening and a perm in the same week is rarely wise, so say if you want both. The salon is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00 and sits on the 2nd floor, reached by stairs only.
