Before your visit

Most questions come down to three things: what you want, what your hair has been through, and how to get to the salon. A short checklist is on the how to book page. The salon address and the route from Exit 5 are on the directions page.

The topics below are not repeated elsewhere on the site, so use this page when your question is about the salon itself.

Questions about prices

Our prices are printed on the menu and shown in the price list. A few points often cause confusion:

• A “From” price is the lowest on the menu, not an average.
• The same service can cost more with a different designer.
• Services without a listed price, such as styling, are quoted by the designer.

Questions about your hair

Hair history decides what is safe. If you have had bleach, a perm, a straightening treatment or strong dye, say so and give the approximate date. Designers often plan differently for hair that is already processed.

If your hair feels dry or brittle, ask about a treatment first. The treatment hub lists the clinics on the menu.

Questions about choosing a service

Not sure where to start? Think about the result rather than the service name. For shape, start with cuts. For curl or straight hair, see perms. For shade changes, see hair color.

When your goal combines several services, ask the designer which should come first.

What this page cannot answer

Some details are not published here, and we do not guess at them. These include the length of each service and the contact details used for booking. Ask the designer about timing at the appointment.
